Whoa. Dude. That girl vacuums her stairs every other day and washed her exterior windows weekly. Uh, nope. Not gonna do that!!! But, the concept seemed like a good one. So, I came up with my own chart. Chores are outlined by day and by week, for a total of four weeks. Tasks like breaking down cardboard in the garage and de-cobwebbing the house are monthly tasks. Don’t pretend like you don’t get cobwebs. Cleaning chores repeat weekly.
Now, I know that this schedule will not work for everyone. Some people may see this list and think I live in a pig sty, others may think I’m a neurotic headcase that needs to put do
I like to put the charts in a flyer stand (available at Staples/Office Depot) and cross of the tasks with a dry-erase marker, adding things that need to be done, and swapping the charts as the weeks go by. One of my favorite things in the whole-wide-world is crossing an item off of a to-do list.
Here’s the Four Week Cleaning Schedule that works for me. Print it off and give it a go!
