The perfect treat for these hot summer months! Lemon berry popsicles with an added twist, Wheatgrass! Super simple to make and tasty enough for kids!
One container Wheatgrass or Wheatgrass puree,
One container fresh or frozen berry medley,
and One small bottle of lemonade.
Blender and popsicle molds.
Add one bunch of Wheatgrass to the blender.
I found it is easier to blend if you coarsely chop the grass before blending.
Add all of your ingredients
Blend!
Pour mixture into molds. Feel free to drink any leftover juice!
Freeze.
Our taste tester says it’s a keeper!

I have never tried wheatgrass in a smoothie – I’m not sure if I have ever bought wheatgrass outside of Jamba Juice haha!
