Next week is a BIG cooking week, so let’s take it easy on ourselves with this week’s menu plan, shall we? We’ll be making some “clean out the pantry” meals to make room for our Thanksgiving goodies. I’ll be sharing great recipes to incorporate into Thanksgiving meal in a future blog post on MomFavorites.com, but in the meantime, here’s a simple meal plan to keep your family full and happy!
From optional vegan nights, to a chicken sausage dish with Parmesan and Brussels sprouts, this menu plan will expose your family to new flavors and old favorites!
Monday – (Optional) Vegetarian One Pot Dinner
Pasta with Parmesan Citrus Sauce and Broccoli (toss in cooked shrimp or chicken for added protein)
Tuesday – Vegetarian
Peas and Onions in Butter Sauce
Wednesday – Optional Vegan
Quinoa with Artichokes, Asparagus and Kale (omit Parmesan for Vegan diets)
Mixed Green Salad
