Looking for a smart way to indulge? Try our skinny Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Recipe. Your sweet tooth will be in heaven, and you’ll have no regrets! #MullerMoment #CollectiveBias
Indulgences are something we don’t talk a lot about in January. It’s a time to cut back and make up for the error of our ways during the holidays. But, maybe that’s why so many of us give up on our healthy resolutions so early? Because, we try to go cold turkey on our favorites. We can walk the straight and narrow for the briefest of times, and then we cave. Once we cave, it’s easy to do it again. And again. And again.
Sound familiar? I was talking with my friends the other day about eating habits, and a few of them were big on the “cheat day.” If you ask me, that sounds like trouble. A day where I can eat whatever I want is probably a bad idea. Instead, I’d rather find better substitutes for my guilty pleasures, and treat myself every now and then, rather than dedicate a whole day. I’m not a big fan of taking one step forward and two steps back.
Which is why I’m totally digging this Skinny Chocolate Raspberry Milkshake (or shall we call it a smoothie?)! I was inspired by Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt which I recently picked up at my local Walmart. I’m a sucker for anything Chocolate and Raspberry (ask my sister, it runs in the family), and couldn’t wait to get home and experiment new recipes with it.
It didn’t take me long to come up with perfection, if I do say so myself!
Using only the Chocolate Raspberry Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt, frozen raspberries and just a sprinkling of dark chocolate chips, this is the perfect treat. Heck, go crazy and have it for breakfast! Why not?
Nothing to feel guilty about and satisfies that sweet tooth that can be a bear to tame – especially in January!

What do you miss most in your diet when you are trying to be good?
I think I found my new anytime snack. What a great idea to make a smoothie with the yogurt. #client
Um, it’s good. I mean, shocked myself that I made something that good, good! 🙂
This smoothie sounds and looks delicious!
It is so easy and delish !The best thirst thing is it is like a base recipe ( like sour dough bread ) where you just take this part off and exchange it for something else. It is so easy to interchange. Thank you. for your recipe hopefully look forward to more. Your New Friend., Barbara. Ball-Wilson
Totally agree! Thanks for stopping by Mom Favorites!
Do you have a calorie/carb count for this?
I didn’t collect that info when I put together my recipe, but… I assume the ingredients you use would all have the info on the packaging, so you’d be able to pull the info! Sorry!
Do you have any recipes for sugar-free snacks? I have braces so having healthy stuff is good.
Not off the top of my head, but you could probably use a plain yogurt variety and adapt the recipe to include sugar-free ingredients!
