I get excited when it nears football season. And not because of the game. Sure, I’ll cheer on my team (especially in a winning season!), but what really floats my boat is the food. I know you all are shocked. Shocked.
Anywho, the upcoming football season is what I was thinking about when I whipped up this delicious Veggie & Black Bean Sheet Pan Nachos recipe. Not only is it the perfect app to share with your fellow fans, but it’s the recipe to whip up when you’re feeling lazy! And if I’m in the mood for nachos, there’s a good chance I’m feeling lazy, too. Ya know what I mean?
If you can look at this picture and not wish these were in front of you, I’m not sure we can be friends. Or maybe we should be friends so I can have the whole pan….
