When you’ve got a toddler, you learn that the number one issue you face is containment: keeping them from falling down the stairs, finding a suitable way to keep them happy while eating, restraining them in the car, keeping them happy while shopping, etc. As parents, we need to keep them in one place long enough for them to stay safe, and us to stay sane.
Contained kid. Happy mom. |
One product that I’ve found to be instrumental in the toddler-eating-containment has been a travel booster. I bust this bad boy out when we’re at a restaurant that doesn’t have high chairs (or enough high chairs, or clean high chairs). We use it when travelling, and when we eat outside on our patio.
I consider myself to be fairly well-versed in the whole travel-booster-seat department. With two boys (ages 1 and 4), I’ve been through my fair share of products:
I know it’s gross. We’re getting rid of it. I swear. |
We’ve done the booster seat with tray that straps to the chair (great, but kinda big for when you travel).
Obviously, a challenge to clean as well. 🙂 |
See? I told you I knew my stuff! Anywho, when I was presented with the opportunity to try out the Brica Booster seat, I thought I’d be able to know pretty quickly if it met our needs.
See? It’s level! Love it! |
Needless to say, I think the Brica Fold ‘n Go Travel Booster is perfect for outdoor dining because it’s a breeze to bring in and out. It’s perfect for travel, and great to keep in your car for use in restaurants when you least expect it. I think it might be my new go-to Baby Shower gift. At $24.99 it’s a steal, especially if you consider it’ll keep you from buying all of the other stuff I’ve gone through to find this one! 🙂
But don’t take my word for it! Try it yourself! We’re giving one Brica Fold ‘n Go Travel Booster away to a lucky Mom Favorites reader! Enter daily until Friday, October 26th for your chance to win! Or just get your own here: Amazon and Diapers.com!
Wow that seat looks incredible….but what are our chances of winning?
Rafflecopter shows you how many entries we have. So as of now… there are a total of 8 entries. Check back and enter daily to increase your chances to win!
I would keep this in my car for when we go to friends’ houses, out to eat, etc.
I’d use it most for restaurants. 🙂
I was just thinking how we needed a booster! Thanks, Katie!

I wish I had known about this portable seat before I opted for a much more expensive one that hooks onto a table. More on that, and a link to your helpful review, here:

Thanks so much! Great review!
