What’s Hap-pinning….

I have a confession. Many of us have a confession. We are addicts. The first step is to admit it. So here goes… I am addicted to Pinterest. You too? I don’t need to see any more women with 6-pack abs or Elf on the Shelf ideas, but there are a few (thousand) other things that really have inspired me to be a little craftier. So at least I’m an addict with benefits?

Here are a few that struck my fancy….

Chalk-paint dipped wine glasses. We’ve got a few drink thieves at my family gatherings. (Ahem, Mom.) Other attempts at labeling glasses have failed. Perhaps this is the answer… or maybe the calories don’t count if you drink from someone else’s glass?

Cranberry Lime Vodka. Someone’s going to be getting this for Christmas. That someone is going to have to invite me over for happy hour at their place soon. I guess I could just make extra.

Homemade Memory Calendar. Ordering my date stamp for the project today. It just struck me as a simple way to remember the small joys of each day with the children. Even if that small joy is sipping the leftovers of that cranberry lime vodka I’m planning on making after the kiddos go to bed.

Table Setting for Christmas. There are so many creative ways to spruce up the table for the holidays on Pinterest. I like this concept because it gives the centerpiece enough height that it won’t block the view for diners. Plus… I can charge Graham with finding the branches on our next walk.

Don’t know what I’m talking about, but still interested? Learn about Pinterest from my guest blogger, Macie. If you’re already pinning, follow me on Pinterest, and I’ll follow back. I love seeing what other fellow-moms and friends are posting!
