But as I’m making choices at the grocery store, I am definitely making a concerted effort to check the labels. Can I pronounce all of the ingredients? Do I know what they are? What’s the salt content? Pre-packaged foods can get carried away with all kinds of whackadoodle things that I don’t think I’d want to put in my or my children’s bodies.
On one particularly rushed evening when the hubs was working late, I opened the freezer in hopes of finding a quick dinner solution for my hungry tots. As it turns out, I had forgotten about the Kidfresh meals that had worked their way behind the [gallons of] ice cream. (Don’t worry it’s all natural!) Anyway, in less than five minutes, I had a healthy, nutritious meal for the kiddos, and guess what…. They LOVED it!
Kidsfresh meals are 100% natural frozen meals, in kid-friendly protions, and available locally at Earth Fare. I’ll be giving one lucky CMF reader three vouchers for FREE Kidfresh meals! Below, you’ll find instructions on how to enter the giveaway.
