Families can celebrate the arrival of 2013 from noon to 5 pm at McDonald’s First Night Kids with musical performances, dancers, circus performers, a petting zoo and more. The highlight of the event is several appearances by Ronald McDonald himself throughout the day, with a grand finale countdown for the kids. Ronald performances are scheduled at the main stage at 12:40 p.m., 1:40 p.m., 2:40 p.m., and 3:40 p.m., with the grand finale countdown starting at 4:35 p.m.
McDonald’s First Night Kids activities focus in and around the NASCAR Hall of Fame, WBT Holiday on Ice Rink, Charlotte Convention Center’s Stage and Outdoor Terrace, Wells Fargo Atrium, The Green and the Duke Energy main stage located at Levine Avenue of the Arts.
McDonald’s First Night Kids Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages five through 12 and free for children ages four and under.
