I enjoy the holidays. I really do. But, even the most enthusiastic Christmas fan has to admit – it comes with a lot of stress, too. Shopping, wrapping, pictures with Santa. Decorating, holiday cards, and travel. It can get out of hand if you let it. So don’t. Eliminate the unnecessary. Plan in advance when you can.
I went ahead and crossed several items off of my to-do list in just a few hours yesterday: Portraits with Santa, Holiday Cards, and Personalized Photo-Gifts for Family. Oh yeah, I’m feeling good about the holidays and it’s not even the middle of November.
Booyah.
Here’s the scoop on how to make your holiday load a little lighter:
Join Portrait Innovations TODAY through Sunday (November 16th) during regular store hours and get all of your holiday photos taken, including a session with Santa Claus! Trust me when I say this: I’ve never seen my kids quite so behaved, as when they knew that if they performed for the camera for a wee bit, they got to see Santa and tell them everything they wanted for Christmas. It was all sorts of awesome.
Portraits with Santa are available at the Promenade on Providence Shopping Center location. This studio, which was renovated in September, offers new backdrops (inspired from some of your favorite Pinterest family photos), skilled photographers, and a bright and open environment, perfect for families.
Also available, with a coupon from Portraits.com, is a new 43-Portrait Package for $19.99, plus 5 holiday cards and a choice of a personalized coffee mug or ornament (with coupon available here). See? I told you your holiday task list would get a little shorter after this post!
Skip the lines at the mall. The parking in another zip code, loading everything up in the stroller, trekking a half mile to reach Santa, only to discover one kid pooped their pants, another got chocolate on their white shirt, and you have to wait 45 minutes in line. Then you get to Santa, your kid freaks out, and you shell out more money for one photo than you care to admit. Um, no thanks.
I’ll be hitting Portrait Innovations for my holiday portraits from here on out! You?
Not only did I get a chance to tackle holiday portraits, but I also got some great poses of the kids that I’ll be able to enjoy year-round. I know I’m the momma so I inherently think my kids are cute. But, come on. They’re cute, right? So Graham has a goofy teeth-situation going on, and James wouldn’t smile to save his life. We still got some amazing photos!
