Hey ya’ll, welcome to our fabulous Motivation Monday party.  In case you missed last week’s shindig,  check it out here. I am proud to say that I am keeping with my resolutions and staying more active and eating healthier.  I have to thank you guys  for some of my favorite post workout meals as well as extra little tips for getting more active.  It’s not easy with three little boys but I am dedicated to getting more fit this year!
