Being that I hail from North Carolina and went to school in Chapel Hill, you can guess that I’m a HUGE basketball fan.  And, any true basketball fan’s favorite month is right around the corner.  Come on March!  When spring weather, college basketball, and game time grub means that the South is the best place in the world to be!

Inevitably teams that I love and those I loathe make it into the tournament games each year, which means my eyes are glued to the TV, with my bracket on the coffee table, and my favorite foods within reach.

If this is a concept you can relate to, here are two amazing recipes for a Southern favorite, Pimento Cheese!  So bring your brackets, make a batch (or five) of my Sriracha Pimento Cheese Dip or my Pimento Beer Cheese dip along with your favorite Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, Crinkle Cut Fries or Onion Rings baked to perfection, and get ready for some great basketball viewing!

Each Pimento Cheese recipe is super easy to make.  As you can see, I had a little helper that assisted me….

With a few ingredients you’re likely to have on hand and the rest available at Walmart, simply add your cheese and mix-ins then serve with your Alexia product of choice.

Gotta be honest – I adore the Alexia sweet potato fries (maybe it’s the Southerner in me?).  My husband, however, is an onion ring monster.  True story.

Regardless of your heritage or snack food of choice, I know you’ll love these combinations… which are perfect for cheering on your favorite team.

And, for the record, if you happen to be cheering for the “other” team (you know who you are), you’re going down.
