Better choices made easy with Chobani Greek Yogurt Flips in a variety of grab-n-go flavors, including LIMITED EDITIONS Pumpkin Harvest!

Dude. Every where you go it’s tough to make good choices. Healthy choices. ESPECIALLY in the fall when everything is pumpkin this and salted caramel that. Ugh. Sometimes I feel like stomping my feet and screaming “it’s not fair!” à la my four year old. I learn from the best!

Unfortunately, throwing a classic tantrum will not reduce the calories in my favorite treats. So, instead of going cold turkey on my sweet tooth, I’ve found ways to substitute those flavors in healthier options, like Chobani Greek Yogurt Flips, a collection of sweet snacks that pair delicious Greek Yogurt with natural mix-ins.

I’m a Greek yogurt lover, through and through. With protein to fill me up, and the amazing flavor combos available in Chobani Flips, I’ve found that some of my favorite treats are now grab-n-go easy and loaded with protein.

I like to throw one in my mom-bag for when I know my defenses will be low – like after dropping my kid off at school and I know I’m gonna pass that “Hot” doughnut sign. I’m just gonna keep on driving and know saving calories and still getting that pumpkin flavor fix!

Here are three great Chobani Greek Yogurt Flip substitutions for my favorite cravings:

Breakfast

What I could have: A pumpkin doughnut

What I will eat: Chobani Greek Yogurt Flip, Pumpkin Harvest Crisp

Looks delicious, right?  I’m digging the pumpkin low-fat yogurt with pie crust pieces, pecans and glazed pumpkin seeds.  At 210 calories, I’m saving a whopping 150 calories versus the doughnut.  Plus, I’m starting my day off with 12 grams of protein!

Afternoon

What I could have: Mocha Coconut Iced Coffee with Whip

What I will eat: Chobani Greek Yogurt Flip – Almond Coco Loco

I always need a pick me up in the afternoons!  This coconut low-fat yogurt with honey roasted salted almonds and dark chocolate gives me something to look forward to!  And with only 240 calories, I’m saving 180 calories over my coffee drink choice and getting 12 grams of protein to help get me through my day.

Dessert

What I could eat: A slice o’ key lime pie

What I will eat:  Chobani Gree Yogurt Flip, Key Lime Crumble

Key Lime pie is one of my absolute favorite desserts, so I’m loving this key lime low-fat yogurt with graham crackers and white chocolate chips!  To die. for.  But, I’m saving 250 calories by not eating that pie and getting 12 grams of protein to boot!

Chobani, America’s #1 Greek Yogurt brand, is kicking off a new season and saying #HelloSummer with 15 new product varieties.  No matter the variety, each and every cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt is made with fresh milk from cows not treated with rBST and contains no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavors.  Want to see some more great Greek Yogurt pairings? Hop on over to Chobani to see more fun combos!  Which are you most excited to try?
