I wasn’t kidding about gearing up for the football game this weekend!  We’re in full Game-Day mode in this crib and it’s exciting!

Most football games, when we entertain, I casually watch the game and seriously cook in the kitchen.  This Sunday however, with my home team in a playoff game, it’s serious TV-watching and no kitchen duty for me!

But what to do with all of the guests?  How do we keep the hunger pains at bay?

I’ve got an easy solution sure to delight all football fans!  Enter the Snack Stadium.

This fun football-themed set up just took minutes to set up and will ensure I can rest easy (as long as my team does well!) during the game.

Want to create this beauty?  Here’s what you’ll need –

The stadium – the one I used is a beverage cooler that I found from an online vendor, but I’ve seen several DIY versions that didn’t look too difficult!

The beverages – I’m a diet soda gal myself, so just in case there are leftovers, I picked what I drink – Diet Pepsi™, in convenient 12-packs.

The sweets – Our game is in the afternoon, so I don’t need to serve a meal. Woohoo!  Instead, I picked out a few of everyone’s favorite candies.  I don’t know about you, but SNICKERS® are a favorite around here, and everyone loves Skittles®!  Both are available in Fun Size and 41 ounce XL bags for easy entertaining!

The snacks – Chips and salsa, baby!  When entertaining, I always get TOSTITOS® Scoops.  Perfect for pot-luck-style snacking.  And, of course, some TOSTITOS® Medium Chunky Salsa.  Then, to give the snack a little “oomph” – popcorn!  ‘Cause what’s the point of watching TV if you can’t eat popcorn? 🙂

The rest – Beyond TOSTITOS® Salsa, I served some hot sauce (some like it spicy, some like it not), popcorn seasonings, some fun straws, and the rest of the paper products.

That is so cool! Love the popcorn sprinkled around. We have a small pub table at one end of our living room and usually place Subway or Pizza Hut out but I always have a cute football inspired platter, bowl, or set of napkins. Good luck!
