Be prepared for everything the back to school season has to through at you with these P&G Household Needs available at Costco.
While it’s super hard to say good-bye to summer there’s something about the back to school season that’s exciting. It’s a fresh start – time to get back into a routine, set new goals, and make new friends. I like to think of the fall as the Mommy New Year.
Living with three young and active boys, a lot of the back-to-school season is focused on managing their busy schedules, carting them to and from their extra-curricular activities, and making sure that as their mom, I’m prepared for anything.
This fall promises to be one of our busiest yet; we’ve got two kids in elementary school, one toddler home full-time. We’ve got swim lessons one night a week, golf lessons one night a week, and soccer practice twice a week. It’s gonna be cray-cray!
Fortunately, I have a few tools in my arsenal that promise to help me stay sane. When I think about all of those after-school activities, the first thing that comes to mind is that there’s gonna be a lot of stink in my house! How do I ensure my little nuggets don’t offend my sense-abilities?
1) Make pick-up and drop-off more comfortable by replacing the odor of smelly soccer shoes with Febreze Car Vent Clips. They clip on your car vent for up to 4 months of freshness. I’ve been using these for years, but always make sure to replace them in the fall, to make drive time more pleasant!
2) Give workout clothes a little extra love during the wash cycle with Downy Fresh Protect. The MOTION‐ACTIVATED ODOR SHIELD works all day long– like deodorant for your clothes. And even though they’re young, those clothes sure do benefit from Downy Fresh Protect.
3) Wipe, wipe wipe. I’m over the skid marks in the laundry! With the Back-to-School season comes new routines, and one of those new routines I’m going to enforce is making each (non-diaper-wearing child) knows how to use toilet paper effectively. I have a big ol’ supply of Charmin Ultra Soft which is 75% more absorbent than leading bargain brands. It’s also the widest paper available from Charmin. Both of these are important factors in my household with inexperienced bum wipers.
It’s gonna be a little wild, but it’s easy to pick up these nose-saving supplies while getting everything else you need for the back-to-school season at Costco.
How are you preparing for the Mommy New Year?
