Can’t decide what to make for dessert?  Be sure to please any crowd with these three layer bars – part brownie, part cheesecake, part cookie.  Plus, they’re loaded with Butterfinger and semi-sweet chocolate morsels.  Yup.

Being the nervous baker that I am, it’s rare that I actually ever make dessert.  When I do, it’s really challenging to pick what to bake.  The fact that I rarely make sweet treats makes it super hard to narrow it down to one!

And then I remembered a recipe my mom used to make for marbled cheesecake brownies.  They were so durn good.  Let’s be honest… adding to cream cheese to anything sweet or savory makes it taste better.

So while I was hanging out in the baking mix aisle of Publix, debating brownie vs. cookie and what’s best with cream cheese, I made a wild choice – why not combine all three: brownie, cheesecake AND cookie.  Yup.

And while I’m at it?  Use the new NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookies & More and Brownies and More Baking Mixes to add in the extra goodness of Butterfinger and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.

Go big or go home, right?
