Gotta be honest… I can totally dig into a giant bowl of ramen any time of day, any day of the year.  I’ve been a fan since I was five and my parents let me eat those microwave noodle cups for breakfast when we were on beach vacations.  Man, that was the best.

I’m definitely not above a ten cent bowl of ramen, but it’s fun to dress up my noodles every now and then, too.  And, boy, do I have an awesome recipe to share.

It’s got a few fancy ingredients that you can sub out if you can’t find them. As long as you start with Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork, available locally at Food Lion, you’ll be sure to have a colorful, flavorful and super-easy bowl o’ tasty ramen.

We love cooking with Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork for easy and delicious family meals.  Means less prep and more flavor… often in less than 30 minutes. Woohoo!   You’ll find it at your local grocer in a variety of fresh cuts, including loin filets, sirloins, tenderloins, and roasts for all cooking styles and dishes.

Ready to get cooking?  Me too!

Easy Pork Tenderloin Ramen Bowl

I designed this bowl of noodles around Smithfield Pork Tenderloin.  I love how they come already marinated, so I can just throw it on the grill and know it’s gonna be packed full of delicious flavor.  The Smithfield Slow Roasted Golden Rotisserie Tenderloin is perfect for this satisfying bowl of noodles!

Simply grill the tenderloin over medium high heat for about 15 minutes, flipping once.  After it’s cooked through, transfer to a cutting board and let it rest (before slicing) for 10 minutes or so while getting the other ingredients ready.

Now it’s time to prepare the broth.  Heat the oil in a medium sized stock pot over medium heat.  Add in the garlic and ginger.  Sauté thirty seconds, then stir in the chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and stock.  Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.  Add the ramen to the stock pot and cook according to package directions until just done.

Distribute noodles and super-hot broth amongst bowls and add in the thinly sliced Brussels sprouts, mushrooms and radish.  Top with thin slices of pork tenderloin and enjoy!
