Grilled Seafood Foil Packs with Shrimp & Salmon

These Grilled Seafood Foil Packs  are part of a sponsored conversation on behalf of Harris Teeter.  All opinions are my own.

Mix it up on the grill tonight and swap out the burgers and dogs for this light supper featuring shrimp and salmon bundled up in grilled seafood foil packs.  Easy prep, easier cleanup!

Now that it’s starting to warm up (finally!), I’m starting to use my grill more and more.  And yes, I’m heading off for a sec to knock on some wood.  ‘Cuz I am OVER wearing my fuzzy slippers.  Bring on the flip flop weather!

Grilled Seafood Foil Packs with Shrimp & Salmon

This weekend promises to bring some warm temps, so why not plan on whipping up these seafood foil packs?  Loaded with wild-caught salmon and shrimp, and basted in a homemade honey mustard sauce you be happy you stayed home for dinner!

All of the ingredients for this dish can be found at your local Harris Teeter, my fave hangout these days.

But you won’t find me shopping the aisles.  Nope.  Because I do my shopping online and pick it up in the Harris Teeter Express Lane.  Not only is it a huge saver, but it makes it easy to plan meals based on the weekly savings!  Since I’m there picking up groceries what seems like every day, give a friendly wave to that tired momma in the red van! 🙂

Pop on over to the Harris Teeter blog for the ingredients and cooking directions of my new favorite seafood dinner!

And, if the shrimp happen to be on huge savings (like they seem to be ALL THE TIME), try out my other favorite shrimp recipes I’ve shared over the years:

  • Charred Corn Salad with Honey Lime Shrimp
  • Spicy Shrimp BBQ Tacos
  • Peanut Noodle Salad with Shrimp (an oldie but a goodie!)
  • Garlic Brown Butter Shrimp
