But, if you really want your wish to come true, I’d put that wish on the Amazon Universal Wish List. I’m sure all of you have the perfect gift-givers in your life. You’ve never been given a Christmas sweater instead of pearl earrings or mom-jeans instead of the Seven’s you really wanted. I certainly have never had this problem! But, just in case, let me introduce you to this handy-dandy little feature.
First, if you don’t have one already, create an Amazon account. It’s pretty simple. Then, click on the Wish List button from the Amazon homepage. From there it will take you through the setup. The Universal Wish List on Amazon will create an “add to wish list” button for your browser tool bar. Next, begin window shopping! Anything you like, click the “add to wishlist button.” You’ll also be able to add notes like sizes or color.
Now, for the most important part. You’re going to have to tactfully mention to potential gift-givers that you have put this list together. A casual, “Hey hon, did you know about this cool feature on Amazon? I just put together an awesome list of stuff I want, just in case you need help with a Mother’s Day gift,” would probably suffice.
