Welcome CMF Coaches!

I am OVER THE MOON to share the newest feature (among so many new features) coming to Charlotte Mom Favorites. It is my honor to bring to you five Coaches, experts in various fields that we as moms and care-givers are keen on. In no particular order, allow me to introduce you to:

Chemeeka Sparks, Cooking Coach. Chemeeka, a fellow SCP mom, has 20 years of experience in the kitchen as cook and caterer. She even catered her own wedding! Crazy girl. She’s looking forward to giving us tips on how to improve our skills in the kitchen and sharing new and inventive recipes with us. Everyone needs an alternative to Pinterest (at least every now and then)!

Noelle Ostroff, Lifestyle Coach
. Are you a mom? Got stress? If you answered yes to the first question, I know what the answer to your second question is! Noelle is going to guide us to our inner “zen” by helping us recognize where we can make better life choices and find our confidence. I don’t know about you, but I could use someone like that in my life!

Holly and Geoff Graue, Fitness Coaches
. Holly and Geoff (our token dude) will be guiding us in the quest to be our fittest selves. They’ll be encouraging us to get our bums off the couch (or away from the computer) and sharing active family ideas. Now, if only they could put my running shoes on for me and push me out the door…

Heather, Finance Coach. Heather, another fellow SCP mom, will be sharing the advice that we probably need to heed – how to be better at managing the family finances. With a Masters in Accounting and ten years of working in the field, she’s got the credentials to back her up! From tips on college savings plans to looking under couch cushions for loose change, you’ll want to jot down a few notes after reading her posts!

Lily Winnail, Style Coach. Lily is the gal behind those awesome infant car seat handle wraps. Aren’t they adorable? Well, Lily obviously has mad-style, and she’ll be helping us put our best foot forward on the playground and on date night! I’m assuming that she’d probably take issue with the maternity yoga pants I still have in my dresser…

Well, I hope you are as excited about the new content as I am! To learn more about our great CMF Coaches, visit: http://www.charlottemomfavorites.com/p/coaches.html. If you have feedback about topics you’d like to see our coaches advise on, please let us know!
