By now, most of you know… I’m rocking a cast on my left wrist. It’s presented many challenges from putting on (and even worse… taking off) a sports bra to removing a casserole from the oven. Life is hard, I’m making adjustments, I complain a lot. I’m not a big fan of change, especially of this nature.

I’m a same ol’, same ‘ol kind of gal. I refuse to retire my comfy PJ pants from my college years, I am adamantly against switching sides of the bed with my hubs, and I’ve literally been eating the same breakfast for years now. Greek yogurt, with jelly stirred in, fruit on the top and a sprinkling of granola. Unfortunately, that’s a lot of steps and a lot of things to open for a one-handed gal.
I’ve taken to short cuts and have made changes. One of the simple changes was to load up on Perfectly Simple Zone Perfect bars. They taste good, have as few as six ingredients, are packed with protein, and the Peanut Crunch and Cranberry Almond are even vegan! More importantly, with my teeth and one hand, I can open it ALL BY MYSELF!!!!!
