What an AMAZING night we have just had at the Disney on Ice show at Time Warner Arena. Disney never fails to impress, but the levels of magic tonight went well beyond what I ever expected for, what I told 4 year old Haley would be, an “ice skating show”.
Happy girls at Disney on Ice |
There were real bubbles when we went Under-The-Sea, the Fairies in Pixie Hollow actually flew, in ice skates no less, and boy, can those little green army men dance. Not to mention, we finally see what has Barbie so caught up in Ken despite that plastic ‘do he sported for oh, so many years. And has anyone ever seen Cars that can ice skate? Mater can, and McQueen can, too.
No doubt, this show has something for everyone in the family. Worried your kids might be too small to enjoy? Don’t be. Even if they don’t really know what is happening on the ice, the lights and other special effects are captivating; along with those classical Disney Se haastaa tosissaan kaikki muut netti kasino t parhaat pelipaikan kisassa. tunes we all know and love. Singing, dancing, and clapping along with the show is encouraged, good to know when that box of Skittles kicks in and your little one can no longer sit still.
Without unveiling too much of the magic, I will say that the costumes and characters are spot on, some of them quite entertaining to watch on ice skates- Slinky Dog, for one. And what’s a Disney show without the gang? Mickey and Minnie appear in their entire splendor, with a few more fancy skating friends, to boot.
When I asked Haley and her friend Ashley what they liked best, the responses were:
“Tinkerbell.”
“ Tinkerbell.”
“ Ariel! Rosetta.”
They must have forgotten about the never ending bowl of popcorn they devoured…
Don’t have any plans this weekend? You do now! GO SEE THE SHOW!
Have a great weekend,
Denise
