Spring? Is it you? Are you here to stay? So far spring has been a major let-down with cold, rainy days. But, this week is looking up. In the South, it means, we better love every minute, because the heat is gonna come on faster than you can say “pollen.” I’m busting out some of my spring recipes that I’ve been hankering to try in this weekly meal plan.
Here’s hoping that we’ll be able to use that grill, eat outside and enjoy some perfect spring weather and food this week. Bon Appetit!
