Healthy Summer Meal Plan

Gluttonous.  That’s what last week was.  Family gatherings. Parties. Date nights. Fun.  Yes, I lived my life with intention last week, and it was intentionally awesome.  This week, I plan to live intentionally lower-calorie.

Yeah, last week sounds like more fun, doesn’t it? 🙂  Don’t worry.  You know me.  Healthy, lighter foods will never mean boring food in this house!  Not. at. all.

Check out these recipes chocked full of healthy ingredients and awesome-sauce, and feel good about what you’re bringing to your family dinner table this week.  Yes.  I just said awesome-sauce.  I’m feeling a little silly this morning.

What will you be trying from this menu this week?
