#MonthofMeals Menu Collection – June Menu Plan!

{Don’t miss the Starbucks Gift Card Giveaway at the end of the post!}

june menu plan month of meals collection
7 more days of school left. My kindergartener is thrilled; I’m nervous.  I’m still not clear on how I’m going to manage everything.  But… the month of meals for my June menu plan should help.

I love that most of the meals can be prepped at any point in the day.  I generally do my chopping and assembling during the boys’ quiet time, then come dinner it’s just a matter of heating things up.

So what are you most excited to try this month?  Comment below and enter the raffle for a $10 Starbucks card.  Lord knows you deserve a coffee-sanity break this summer!

I’m most excited about the Whole Wheat Sesame Noodle Salad which I made last weekend and included in this month’s menu.  It’s light and fresh and perfect for summer!  I’m also pretty jazzed about trying the Brie and Brisket Quesadillas.  That recipe has been hanging out in my pinerest board for too long!
