Don’t miss the fun Disney Planes Snack Ideas with our In-Flight Snack Box!

A Fun Movie Night and Snack with Disney Planes. Disney movie night just got better with this simple Planes Themed Movie Night Treat!
As the last week before Christmas barrels to a close, the hustle and the bustle of the season is in full gear.  Is the shopping done? Are presents wrapped?  The holiday menu planned?  The kids church outfits picked out?  What about Santa’s cookies?  The breakfast casserole? Ahhhhh….

It’s a lot.

By the time Christmas day is upon us, I’m tuckered.  What about you?

Which is why, I always plan a little something special for the day after Christmas that allows all of us to decompress.  This year, it’s going to be a day of Disney Planes for the boys and a long nap for the hubs and me.

With Disney Planes merchandise on Rollback at Walmart, I took the opportunity to grab some great Planes gear and the “new-to-my-kids” Planes Fire and Rescue movie.   Items to look for include: Disney Planes Flight to the Finish Speedway Rollback to $24.97, Disney Planes Fire & Rescue Die-Cast Vehicles, 3-Pack Rollback to $14.97, Disney Planes Fire & Rescue Deluxe Talking Vehicle Assortment Rollback to $19.97, Planes Character Assortment die-cast set and the Disney Planes: Fire and Rescue Character Assortment die-cast set are both on rollback at $4.97.

These special stocking-stuffer treats will be put aside on Christmas Day, then brought out for movie time the next morning.  We’ll all stay in our pajamas.  The kids can each have their Planes figurine.  And, I’ll prepare a special “in-flight” snack box for the kids.

The boys will enter the magical world of Disney Planes, and the husband and I hope to enter into blissful REM sleep.

When it comes to crafty food creations for the kids, I’m more creative with words than with ingredients, which is fine for my kids who have active imaginations.

For this in-flight snack box, I’ve included some basics that you’ll probably have in your pantry – Marshmallow “Clouds with Chocolate Pudding “Airplane Fuel” for dipping, and some healthy Dusty Dipper Carrot Chips and Ranch Dressing to go-with.

Voila.

How do you plan to spend the day after Christmas?  Do you have quiet at home or hit the malls?

I love those in-flight snacks! I’m not overly crafty either, I’m just a good writer. Everyone has to have a gift, right? It’s just a shame my kids can’t benefit from my gift as much as they could if I were crafty. OH well. You still did a great job! #client
