A Mom's Tool Kit for Laundry Stains

From baby food to strawberry gazpacho, get the it-tools for tackling a variety of laundry stains!

Kids are awesome. Wouldn’t trade mine for the world. I mean it. But I’d trade their dirty clothes. Did you know that on average, parents say their kids go through at least two outfits a day? True story.

I remember back when Jon and I were purchasing our first washer and dryer… 10 years ago. The salesman asked us how often we do laundry. Eh, like maybe a load or two a week?

Pshaw.

Now? With a very active family of five, it’s definitely at LEAST one to two loads – per day. Then if a certain four-year-old wets the bed? Yeah. We do a lot of laundry.

On top of facing endless hampers of dirty clothes, we’ve also been challenged with a variety of stains. As my boys age, I’m sure the stains aren’t going to get less interesting. Ugh. Three boys between the ages of 11 and 17. Can you imagine? {shudder}

Every given load of laundry presents itself with its host of stain challenges, for which I (being the prepared Type A person that I am) am armed to the teeth to tackle and defeat, with a little help from my friends at Shout^®.
