Jump for Joy (and Good Health) with Spring Free Trampolines!  Now in South Charlotte!

Bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun.  Tigger had the right idea.  Bouncing through life sounds like a blast.  Exhausting, but definitely a good time.

My husband has been asking for a backyard trampoline for awhile.  And although I hate squashing the hopes and dreams of those I love, with all of our landscaping expenses, this just wasn’t the year.  But when I got invited to drop into the NEW Springfree Trampoline Store in South Charlotte, I thought it was a good chance to check out what the hype is all about and bring the family with.

And now I get it.  Seeing the smiles on the faces during the Grand Opening Event was all the testimony I needed to convince me that trampolines are good times indeed.

Springfree Trampolines take the worry out backyard trampolines.  As the name implies, the springless patented design has not only changed the way trampolines work but eliminated the impact areas that cause 90% of all product-related trampolines injuries. Which puts my momma-mid at ease.

Then there are the health benefits.  A 10 minute jump on a Springfree Trampoline is equivalent to a 30 minute run!! According to a study completed by NASA, this means jumping is 68% more efficient than running.  As a runner those stats are humbling.  And not having to beg the kids to go outside and play?  #Priceless

While at the event, I was introduced to tgoma, the first outdoor interactive digital gaming system that encourages kids to go outside and be active.  tgoma has games and apps for everyone, from high-energy activity games, to educational games for exercising both body and brain, to fitness training apps for adults and kids alike.  Knowing how much my kids have quickly adapted to playing Pokemon Go all the time, I can only imagine how they’d love to play the fun games on the tgoma system while bouncing away!  Talk about a great way to wear the kiddos out.

So while we didn’t walk out with our Springfree Trampoline this time… Let’s just say – there may be one in our future!

Stop by the South Charlotte Springfree Trampoline location at: 9848-E Rea Road, Charlotte, NC 28277
