Happy moms spend money…

I appreciate IKEA. I appreciate that they make it easy for moms (and dads) to shop. I appreciate that they have a bevy of affordable products. I appreciate that when I need to re-fuel after walking a mile through the store I can stop for a soft serve ice cream cone for one dollar.

Here’s what else my mom-self loves about IKEA and wishes all Charlotte-area retail offered:
– A separate family friendly parking lot with close access to the entrance
– Free child-watch for children of a certain height range that are potty trained
– Wonderful family bathrooms (see, I told you I knew where the best bathrooms in town are!)
– A cafeteria with affordable and appropriately sized childrens’ meals, plenty of high chairs, and a play area
– Stations throughout the store with entertainment for tots
– Adorable child and nursery furniture suites and accessories, all set up for the little guys to try out
