I think I’ve introduced my last few posts by emphasizing how stressed out I am. It’s true. I’m totally, totally overwhelmed. Eat a half pint of Ben & Jerry’s overwhelmed. I didn’t even like the flavor. Like right-eye twitching uncontrollably overwhelmed. Yes, my eye twitches when I’m really stressed out. Nothing like an eye twitch to make your day better.
It’s been a wild-wild week. And I’m hoping that this week starts off and runs more smoothly than the last. I plan to trash the junk food, keep up with my running, make a plan to tackle work, find the perfect house, and force my self to re-lax. And, as far as the menus are concerned… We’re going to keep it fresh, simple and healthy. A happy week starts with happy food, and so this week, let’s do it right: A Happy Meal Plan for ALL!
