How High Heels Can Save Your Life

I’ve just gotten dressed and I’m staring at my shoes in the closet. What to wear, what to wear. So many options. It’s kind of warm today, so the flipper floppers are calling my name… but then ballet flats may be more practical… or a little heel could kick my outfit up a notch… Which is when I hear the Today Show from the other room, “And let’s welcome Jennifer Cassetta, creator of Stilettos and Self Defense!” Now, this I gotta see.

This is how it’s done. You’re getting attacked. He grabs your throat. You take a side step in your kick-ass stiletto heels. You’re grounded and stable. With your free hand, you poke the guy in the eye, and then if you’re lucky enough to have keys in your hand, you then stab him in the neck. This is most likely gonna make your attacker take a step back, which is when you grab the opportunity to do your best high kick and get him in the privates with the sharp point of your heel. In a skirt or dont’ have that flexibility? No worries, a knee to the “area” will do the job.

At this point, this guy is most definitely regretting his choice of victim, and he’s probably on the ground, blinded, gushing blood from his neck, and no longer able to procreate. According to Jennifer C., this is when you put the icing on the cake. Time to take a quick stomp on his man parts.

I think that should do it. Decision made. Stiletto heels today. I will not be a victim!

Here’s a brief video tutorial on how to take out an aggressor from various attack positions:

HAHAHA! Now just practice running in stilettos for the post-neck-stabbing-running-away part of things!
