What’s Hap-pinning: Weight Gain Edition

This has not been my month.  I’ve not been doing much running (we can thank the stanky cast for that), and I’ve been stress eating.  I’ve been doing LOTS of stress eating.  Six pounds worth.  Or can we blame the cast for some of that? The cast has to weigh something… right??

Well, truth be told, I’m looking at this cast thing like I’m pregnant.  Not much I can do about it now, so may as well eat and enjoy it and work it off when the cast comes off.  Makes sense, right?

Needless to say, I’ve been drooling a lot over all of the decadent autumn deserts.  Here are a few that caught my eye and will make an appearance in my kitchen while I still have my good excuse to stress eat and not work out!

 1) Oreo Cheesecake Cookies
2) Pumpkin Angel Food Cake with Salted Caramel Glaze
3) White Chocolate Brownies
4) Chess Cake
Oatmeal Lemon Bars

II pinned and cooked the lemon bars, but their website was removed before I saved the recipe. If you happened to have it saved anywhere could you email it to me. Thanks!
