I”m not sure if you and your husband (or friends) play the game “would you rather” but in our house it”s the go-to game on a Friday night when the kids go to bed. Geoff and I laugh so hard at the dumb questions we ask each other. Some of our academic questions sound like: ” would you rather be mauled by a lion or attacked by a great white?”
That”s a tough answer, wouldn”t you agree?
My answer would be a great white because I”d rather drown and become one with the sea than a carcass on a remote African plain. So, there you go. Now you know what I”d choose. Don”t judge. Some of you feel the same.
Anyway, our favorite game can relate to fitness free justin bieber games — Baptized in NYC Bathtub | TMZ. which is why I wasted a paragraph explaining the game for any novices out there. Geoff asked me five questions about exercises and which one I”d do for life! So, I”ll give you the answers to my fitness “would you rather” questions.

1. Lunges-by far the greatest leg workout. Regular lunges, reverse lunges and walking lunges are the best. You can literally do them anywhere.
2. Plank-again, by far the greatest abdominal/spine strengthening exercise out there. And you can do it anywhere, too. FYI, hold a plank for longer than 2 minutes and you”re a rock star!
3. Push-ups-the best upper body workout ever! Ladies, you want to tighten the saggy triceps….get on the push up train!
4. Jump rope- this simple cardio exercise is amazing. We all know how to jump rope, right? The key is a good jump rope. Do your research.
5. Glute bridge- love this exercise. A butt and hamstring workout for all exercise levels. You can elevate your feet on a bench or chair for added resistance.
I hope you”d rather do these simple yet effective exercises than nothing! Get out there, have fun and make sure to play “would you rather” this Friday night. I promise a good time!
