School’s out for summer!  That rings big in our house.  But it’s just not the kids that get excited; I’m thrilled.  I love being able to sleep in a little later, catching fireflies, then swapping bath time for a run in the sprinkler.  Well, maybe not every night… 😉

Bucket lists and activities have been planned for boys, but what about mom?  Well, I’ve learned to sneak in my me-time moments when I can get them.  Sometimes that locking the bathroom door, sometimes it means a girl’s weekend.  But often, it’s somewhere in between.

Like, enjoying the few moments I have to myself.  When they’re eating popsicles and playing with friends.

That’s when I sit down in the shade, either with a magazine or a mom-friend or two, and enjoy my favorite afternoon sipper – this Hibiscus Strawberry Sparkler.  Light and refreshing, not-too-sweet, and with the perfect amount of fizz, this will become your favorite me-time drink, too.

The star of our Hibiscus Strawberry Sparkler is Tazo® Passion Tea Concentrate.  I was delighted to discover that I could purchase Tazo® products at my local Walmart.  They had a huge selection of Tazo® teas and Starbucks® products; I’m gonna need to try some more out (for y’all of course) soon.

But, first we’re going to start with adding our chopped strawberries to a pitcher along with the sugar.  Stir to coat the berries, then let macerate for 15 minute or so, until the fruit has released some of it’s juices.
