Overnight Sugar Cookie French Toast Casserole is the perfect Christmas morning breakfast or holiday breakfast for dinner recipe! The flavors of sugar cookie shine in this delightful make-ahead casserole dish.
I can’t say it’s a tradition, since I first served this just the other evening. But…. this Overnight Sugar Cookie French Toast Casserole, which I served with bacon and strawberries, will probably be gracing our table once each holiday season.
Delicious bakery bread and whipped cream cheese gets a bath in an International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer custard. With a brown sugar crust and topped with whipped cream, maple syrup and sprinkles, I believed my boys when they declared this was the best breakfast-for-dinner EVER!
The holiday season is here and there’s never been a better time for Christmas cheer, family celebrations, and seasonal-flavored coffee and recipes! International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie creamer and my other favorite, International Delight® Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie Spice, are not only a festive addition to your morning cup of coffee, but it’s the perfect ingredient for a fun recipe!
