Something for Everyone Easter Basket Ideas

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of HERSHEY® for SheSpeaks. All opinions are 100% mine.

We’ve got a little something for everyone in this year’s Easter Basket Ideas.  Kids of all ages, and adults too, will enjoy these thoughtful baskets that share the (chocolate) love this season!

Hello Spriiiiiing!  I’m so excited that we’re now talking Easter baskets.  Easter is definitely one of my favorite holidays – for the food, for the traditions, and for the chocolate.  #obvi

In my family, everyone gets an Easter basket, but as my boys get older, and now with an exchange student teenage girl, one basket no longer fits all.  Which is why I’ve shared some super easy basket ideas for those of you with big families.

My first mom-hack is to one-stop-shop at Walmart.  They’ve got everything you need for Easter from the baskets, candies and treats, and of course, the main meal.  I use Walmart Grocery Pickup for an even bigger time-save.

My second trick for Easter success?  REESE’S Eggs and Cadbury Eggs.  I’ve always been Cadbury Eggs #1 fan.  My kids?  They’re loving all things REESE’S.  With Walmart’s incredible selection of Cadbury and REESE’S candies you can go ALL OUT all season long!

Peanut butter and chocolate is always a winning combination, but somehow it tastes even better during Easter, which is why we’ve loaded up our Easter baskets with all of the fun varieties REESE’S shares for the season.  And if you haven’t tried Cadbury Caramel Eggs yet, you haven’t lived.

Which leads me to my third tip of the season – stock up on lots of candy and extra basket making supplies.  Because once you see how cute and easy the Easter baskets are to whip up, you’ll want to have the materials to put them together at last minute’s notice.

Last minute playdate invite?  Bring along a hostess Easter basket gift.  Inviting another family to join you for Easter dinner?  Make sure to have an Easter basket for each kid attending.

Big Kid Easter Basket

In our big kid Easter Basket, I included some candies that I thought our exchange daughter would love… like the classic Cadbury Creme Egg and REESE’S Peanut Butter Creme Eggs.

Other fun gifts to include:

  • inexpensive jewelry
  • egg-shaped chalks
  • bubble wands
  • Easter stickers
  • hair clips and bands
  • gel pens and colored pencils

Hostess Easter Gift Basket

Show up to your dinner party or Easter event this season with an Easter Basket for the hostess!  We’ve included Cadbury Shimmer Mini Eggs (how chic?!?!) and REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures Easter Sleeve.

Other add-in items can include:

  • scented candles
  • felt flowers
  • spring-hued tea towels
  • mini soaps or hand sanitizers
  • paper cocktail napkins
  • drink coasters
