Mom Favorites Linkup: Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes

I get a lot of questions about my recent vegan habits.  For those of you new to the blog, I’m not die-hard vegan. I’m not die-hard vegetarian.  In fact, I don’t really know that I’m die-hard anything.  But, I do celebrate Vegan Week once a month.  Vegan Week July edition started on Sunday.

Golden Sun Noodles Recipe available here!

I’m once again hitting up my Pinterest boards for vegan-inpiration, scouring folders of recipes, and hounding my veggie-friends to share their veggie friendly dishes.  Good thing I LOVE recipe recipe hunting!

Do you?  I’m hoping you’ll be able to help, dear reader and blog-friend.  Will ya take a moment and share your favorite vegetarian or vegan-dish? It can be our own Mom Favorites Vegetarian Recipe Book for anyone that wants to enter the flexitarian world of less meat.

So in an effort to celebrate Meatless Monday or Vegan Week July edition, or simply to eat less bacon, link up using the tool below.  Helpful hint: Name = name of the recipe!  I’ll be sharing some of your delish contributions throughout the week.  I hope to make some of them myself!

Check back every Monday for a Mom Favorites Linkup.  Start thinking about birthday party themes and ideas for next week….

Yay! I was hoping to find a vegan friendly link up. I think anyone who is open minded about vegan foods and cuts down their consumption is doing a great job. 🙂
