Setting: Anywhere.
Question: Red or white?
My answer: Rosé.
It’s true. I adore a glass of rosé. Especially in summer. For those of you who think all pink wine is created equal… not so, my friends. Rosés have an extremely broad range of wine styles from sweet to dry, and if you haven’t found your perfect match, you haven’t looked hard enough.

Turns out, my palette is on the right path. After selecting that I plan to pair my rosé with strawberries for an afternoon of laid back relaxing, Edna Valley Rosé was selected. I already love Edna Valley Chardonnays, so obviously the quiz knows what it’s talking about.
Now that you’ve picked your wine, allow me to introduce the perfect pairing. My Prosciutto and Strawberry Grilled Flatbread is the perfect snack or light supper. And, it pairs perfectly with a bottle of Edna Valley Rosé, which boasts red fruit aromas of strawberry and raspberry with a hint of spice.
